Britain has around 3,000 miles of inland waterways, over 2,000 miles are managed by British Waterways.

Foxton is in the centre on the Grand Union Leicester Section.

Originally the junction between the Leicestershire Union canal and the (Old) Grand Union.

You can find us by following the brown signs to the locks, from the A6. Or f ollow the Harborough sign from Junction 20 on the M1 following the brown signs from the A4304 at Lubenham, near Market Harborough.
